All orders placed on our website are paid for via Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not process digital payments and do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

  • Arrange for pickup of the incorrect/damaged item (if applicable)
  • Send you a replacement at no extra cost

6. Refunds

Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, we do not offer monetary refunds. We offer exchange only for eligible returns.

7. Shipping Charges

We do not charge you for return shipping if the return is due to a wrong or defective item. However, if the item returned does not meet our return conditions, we may decline the exchange and you will be responsible for reshipment.
